The Malaysia holidays..

To friends and relatives I didn’t get the chance to meet/call when I was in a 7 days’ holidays Malaysia — I am deeply sorry. I spent 4 days in my hometown Batu Pahat so that I could share my time with my father who got a stroke 3 weeks ago. Alhamdulillah , Praise to Allah All Mighty his condition is better now, I am happy to have the chance chatting and laughing with him while I shaved his beard on my last day in BP, also to see my mom started smiling again perhaps happy to see her son and the family again since last 2007 summer :)

Bro… I know what it felt. I had a similar situation. My mom had a minor stroke in March this year. Although it’s called a stroke – nothing minor when you’re dealing with stroke. Spent whole one week with her, they will need all the support not just physically but mentally as well. Be strong bro…

Thanks bro! Don’t worry insyaallah I’ll be strong on this — when I took up this assignment abroad I always knew this thing will happen and I might not be there ;) anyway glad I spent the time during the holidays recently with them.

Abul Layth, Thanks for visiting my blog :)
Makan is “eat” in Malay language and cendol is our local delicacy which has been my childhood favourite –can’t find other better cendol elsewhere !
