Bandwidth limit exceeded.. [updated]

Unfortunately ITTutor.net is down [dah up dah! ..tapi offline!]this time round due to bandwidth issue. Somehow after ~ 2 years , I was wrong again thinking that the 50GB bandwidth would meet the demand of the website for at least few years to come . Can’t access the site? I think you just have to wait until May 1st .

Upon checking the bandwidth utilisation I discovered that we had reached the 40GB mark since Jan 2008, March was 45GB and you know lah obviously the pattern would go up for the coming months. What’s next? New hosting ? I had a plan in mind but for now I have to make ITTutor.net OFFLINE for few days.. jangan marah aaa…

The new ITTutor.net

I have been busy updating the new wiki look of  Ittutor.net  recently , which has been long delayed as I was looking for the right application to be used for the "dokumentasi" project.

If you’re big fan of wikipedia – you’ll find the new look  familliar – ittutor.net "inside" wikipedia.
As described in IPBwiki website

IpbWiki is an interface which connects MediaWiki software (=the software which runs on wikipedia) with Invision Power Board software (=forum).
The ideology behind IpbWiki is "why write a wiki system from scratch if you can connect 2 powerhorses?"

Now, as this wiki is brilliantly integrated to IPB, users of ITTutor.net can contribute their ideas, articles  in our very own wiki — so , apa lagi .. start "wiki" ing today!
