One week in Tehran

This is my flight route RUH-DXB-IKA
The red line was manually drawn so it was inaccurate since somehow my GPS tracker was malfunction (or did I forget to turn it on?) so only the green line was the actual route . Front of the hotel View inside my 4 star room. Rate was $120USD per night - near embassy area but not in the centre of Tehran
View behind my hotel View behind the office - I wish it was winter so I can see snow on the mountains! Yes there is no roaming problem in Iran!
1USD ~ 10400 Iran Riyal - one of the reason I did not buy much stuff here - always get caught giving wrong amount of money! - the currency is huge and confusing! I sat down under the tree watching the traffic passing by. It's quite scary crossing the road in Tehran - the general rules just follow behind the locals! Quranic reminder for the forgetful me!
I love Persian arts - this is just some painting on a building. The only affordable Persian carpet - the Persian mini carpet mousepad. And the food was for my wife - she said one romantic thing I can do for her is buying her food ! (perhaps the only romantic thing I can afford to do for her haha!) The Iranian rice - yang coklat tu kerak nasi .. strange I don't really know how to eat that ..
The chicken kebab - this is not new to me. This is the area that I went during my short visit to the famous Bazaar (shopping area in Tehran) . I did not know that there are many more interesting places behind there until I produced this GPS track on Google Earth .. rugi laa!!

Description: This is not the real complete picture of Tehran ( I believe it is more beautiful than this ) as my travel was very limited due to the short period of stay here. I was in a training for a week and the only daytime that I am free was the very short hours on the last day. So I took a taxi from office to downtown Tehran to visit the famous Bazaar and most of the pics were taken around the area :)
